Frequently Asked Questions

… Happily Ever After.

At this time in the process, there are many questions. We will try to answer as many of them as possible as they are presented. For any life-ending event like this, it is always best to speak to someone directly, a loved one, an evil stepmother, or one of our End of Life coaches.

Why can't I find a phone number on your website?

First, thank you for wanting to reach out to us. Second, although the lack of phone number is frustrating when we displayed it on our website, we received many negative calls from people referring to our service as disrespectful in many ways. In order to protect our employees, we opted to not show the phone number and request the user make first contact with us via our Contact Us page.

We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but we hope you’ll understand in the end.

Do you have a catalog?

Final arrangments are a personal topic. Although we do have a catalog, it is not sent out until after we are contacted. We’ve spent considerable effort in creating unique final pathways for our clients, and care to limit the exposure of those to our customers.

What characters can attend the service?

Due to our licensing agreement with a national talent agency, we are not allowed to “list” the characters on our website. But I can tell you the “Fab Five” are available as are some of the inhabitants of a certain “Woods” … and a blue space alien.

What are the prices?

As with any end of life arrangements, prices depend on the package you choose. Our packages range from $250.00 and up. Our Princess Farewell and Pirate Voyage packages run from $5000 to $15,000 depending on the options you choose.

Can music be played inside the casket?

This request is more frequent than you think. But the answer has two parts. 1. Yes, we can play music inside the casket. Many times “Theme Park Loops” are requested from the beloved ones favorite area of the park. A small MP3 player is added to the casket and small speakers are installed. 2. We have devised a relatively hidden way of continuously charging the player via the use of solar floral arrangements. But, it is up to the final resting place to allow this, as it requires a small 1″ pipe be placed at the gravesite.

What is the Kiss Goodbye

After the final respects are made, and before the casket is closed, one of the characters you hired will give your loved one a final kiss goodbye. This is often accompanied by the slow version of the music from the end of the Mickey Mouse Club. In the event of a closed casket, the character will place their hands on it and kiss the casket. Just a note, if multiple characters are attending the send-off, we must know in advance which character will perform the Kiss Goodbye. This allows us to install a special brace to prevent the costume head from coming off during the kiss.

Do you offer any kind of refunds if I'm not happy?

In most cases, no. This is a service, not a theme park ride that offers free pixie dust if the ride breaks down. We provide an end-of-life service that should be taken seriously. We will offer a full refund if the departed is disappointed or returns to the living through enchantment.

How much notice do you need?

We can usually put together a package within 2-3 days depending on the options. In the event a rush-service is needed, we do have a premium FastPass fee which would allow us to expedite the service. This can be discussed over the phone with an End-of-Life Coach.

If you have any other questions about your Magical Passings final arrangements, please feel free to contact us.
